Your Summer Body Begins with Breast Augmentation, Abdominoplasty or a Facelift

When you think of lying in the sun, your first thought might be, “Is my body bikini-ready?”

Summer may seem a long way away especially when you are wrapped up in your winter finest.  If you are planning that long-awaited holiday but have concerns that your body is not ready, now is the time to do something about it.  If you’ve been thinking of having cosmetic surgery for a while, winter and early spring is the perfect time because you’ll have time for recovery before you start to wear summer clothes.

Some people are self-conscious about the size of their breasts while others, despite gruelling hours spent at the gym, would like to have a flatter tummy.  Others may feel that after nearly two years of non-socialising they would like to re-capture a fresher, younger look when greeting friends for the first time.  We can address all these concerns so you can feel good and look forward to a great summer.

Careful Consideration to Achieve Your Desired Result

With all cosmetic procedures, careful thought and consideration are part of the decision-making process.  This starts with a consultation with one of our experienced plastic surgeons to examine the areas you are looking to correct and a discussion on the results you hope to achieve.  Before making a decision, you may consider our 3D body imaging service to help you get a clearer picture of the end results.

Shapely Breasts for Summerwear

If you are looking to improve the look of your breasts, there are two types of implants:  saline and silicone gel.  Both are created with an outer silicone shell and come in various shapes, sizes, and textures so you have a wide range to choose from.  There is no one-size-fits-all as the type and shape of the implant depends on your body shape and frame.  We will work with you to achieve the most natural look for your figure.

Your Beach-Ready Belly

Looking good in swimwear or form-fitting clothes is one reason people choose abdominoplasty.  If you have tried maintaining your weight, spent hours at the gym without any effect on your midriff, or have recently lost weight after a pregnancy, a full or partial abdominoplasty, or “tummy tuck,” could be for you.

This treatment involves the removal of excess skin and fat from the abdominal region and helps tighten the abdominal wall.  Please take note that, with all major surgeries, scarring is a result and special consideration needs to be taken if you plan to lose more weight or are planning to enlarge your family.

A Fresher Face Ahead

There is nothing like greeting a friend with a smile but if you are concerned about those “laugh lines” and want to put a pause on the gravity-prone ageing cycle, our facelifts can reduce these signs, giving you confidence and a more positive outlook.

Which Facelift is Right for You?

Facelifts can help you regain a more youthful look by removing jowls, loose skin and crow’s feet, not forgetting the tell-tale signs of deep lines in your forehead and around your nose and mouth.  Depending on what area most concerns you, we can help you choose the right procedure.

Facelifts are suitable for both men and women and we offer three different types:

  • Mini facelift – the least invasive, this involves making small incisions in front of the ear and improvements will be seen in the lower third of the face
  • Face & Neck Lift – this procedure concentrates on the lower third of the face but extends further behind the ear allowing access to the neck area to correct beneath the chin and jawline.
  • Extended Facelift – This is the Face & Neck Lift but extends to the temporal region.  The lateral brow, crow’s feet and cheeks can be lifted.  As this helps to smooth out deeper wrinkles, this procedure is ideal for older patients

It’s important to note that facelifts work best for people whose face and neck have begun to sag but whose skin still has some elasticity.  As in all the procedures described above, we will help you make an informed decision by fully assessing your face and body and reviewing any risk involved.
